97 4runner wiper issues..

97 4runner wiper issues..
Hey all,
I'm wondering does any one know of the proper voltage pinouts for a wiper motor? I was able to find voltage 12V at 3 of the pinouts but on the 4th one there is none.. I'm wondering if it's supposed to be that way or should i find 12V AT ALL 4 POINTS...
I set the switch to on, off, high, int.. but i could not find Voltage one point.
If you were to remove the harness from the motor and look directly at it the Top left hand corner there is no voltage.. all 3 do have 12 v across them.
