Toytech76 are you still in the area?

Thanks!
Hey everyone, I wanted to provide my solution in case it helps someone in the future.
I took my 4Runner to Autozone and had the codes read. I had a misfire in cylinders 1 and 4. I replaced all 6 plugs and the three spark plug wires which run from cylinders 1, 3, and 5 to cylinders 2, 4, and 6. I started the truck and she was still missing - running just as bad as before the tune-up. I was a little bummed.
Considering that the coil pack in cylinder 1 ties to cylinder 4 (my misfiring cylinders) I thought the coil pack could be faulty. Before buying a new one ($86) and without a volt meter, I decided to swap the coil packs on cylinders 1 and 3. I disconnected my battery for about 30 minutes so that the check engine light and codes would reset. I then drove around until the check engine light came back on. I took the truck to Autozone and sure enough, it was now missing on cylinders 3 and 6. I found the culprit. I got a new coil pack and replaced the one in cylinder 3. Problem solved. She's running like a champ.
Hope this helps. I'm grateful to have a community that offers so much help.

Easy fix for you and nice work. Looks like you wont need a referral to a shop afterall.

And good to hear an update.
