Hey guys!
Not new to the mod vehicle world, but starting my first off-road/pre-runner build.
that being said everything I replace on the vehicle I’m trying to over build so i know it will stand up to what I put it through.
My front wheel bearings are getting a little noisy, So instead of just replace with factory 2wd and call it a day I was thinking swapping to 4wd hub because the bearing looks beefier.
My question is, is it possible to just swap hub? Or would I have to replace the steering knuckle? Or would it involve swapping suspension and steering components?
im trying to do this on a somewhat budget, but don’t want to cut corners as my family will be in this. And I prefer 2wd because it mainly a family hauler.

Putting 4wd hubs on won’t work like that. They are completely different front ends.

dang, the 2wd front end seems pretty beefy was hoping they didn’t change it much. Oh well I guess.
