02 Tacoma Front End Damage-How to fix
Hey guys, new here. I have a couple of questions on how to best go about fixing some front end damage on my Daughters truck. Her now ex-boyfriend rear ended a Beamer doing about 35 3 weeks ago. We have ordered most of the parts, just a few more to get. The rad support is toast, its tack welded in. What is the best way to get it out? Also the left side core support is rippled. Any ideas as to how to pull it? Thanks for any advice.

I use a self tightening clamp puller and a come-a-long hooked to a tree. Something like this:
Biltek 5 Ton Clamp Self-Tightening Frame Body Repair Small Mouth Pull Clamp 10,000lbs https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00K325XR0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_gwkfBbTKS75YA
You pull a little and Hammer the ridges back in, then pull a little and hammer, and pull and hammer until you are past where you want to be, because when you let off tension it will relax back some.

I think they use spot welds on the radiator support .
Having had to cut out many spot welds I have found the Snap On Spot weld cutters to be the best.
Yes they are expensive they cut the outside of the spot welds .
That was quite a few years ago might very well be better cheaper options
Another option is many drill bits just slightly larger then the spot welds
