96 4Cyl 4x4 2.7 Radiator Replacement
1996 Toyota Tacoma Pickup 4x4 - VIN: 4TAPM62N6TZ195709, 2.7 Motor, 3RZ-FE RZN Fed & Canada
Looking for Radiator Assembly. An older Toyota parts listing for the assembly shows for 4 cyl manual trans a PN of 16410-0C031. But a search on a local Toyota dealer web site says "fitment not available" so evidently you can not get the assembly from Toyota any longer. The radiator removed has a label on it and markings. It says Harrison 52469686 06/13/96. Other markings PA-66-GF-25, SAE PA-66. I don't know if Harrison makes a replacement radiator, I can not find that out, so far. Where this is leaking is at the seals where the top meets the core and where the bottom meets the core, which as I understand it is typical with age. Probably the seals could be replaced by someone who knew how, but that is beyond what I can do.
If not from Toyota there should be aftermarket out there. Does does anyone recommend? Prefer radiator designed for manual trans rather than automatic. Anyone? Can radiator shops replace the mentioned seals?

I ended up with a Denso plastic tanked radiator. There's a variety of metal and plastic -tanked radiators out there of varying core sizes.
From researching what I put in mine:
The Tacoma gets three choices:
221-3138 with a 22.75" core
221-3136 with a 20.63" core
221-3137 with an 18.75" core
All the Denso 4Runner and Taco radiators have a 1.25" thick core.
