96 4/Runner Flex Plate Help

96 4/Runner Flex Plate Help

I have a 94 4/Runner V-6 auto 4x4
I have put 2 Flex Plates in it, and now the 2cd one is Craked
Any Ideas on what I am doing wrong here???
