96-02 4Runner rear end question!

96-02 4Runner rear end question!

Ok, this has probably been asked countless times before, but here I go!. I have a 1997 4Runner SR5 2WD. I've recently installed 33" tires, so now its time to upgrade to 4.88 gears. My question is, Does my truck has a 8" rear end? If not, What does the truck actually has? Second since I'll be doing minimal offroading considering my limitations of been 2WD, What gear brand name will be good for my project? and last, How much can I expect to pay for having somebody do the setup of the third member if I take it out and take it to them? Thanks in advance for your inputs!

Any name brand.. Genuine, precision, yukon..
