'91 3vz head repair - anything else?
searched and found lots of good info, but I want to be sure, since my engine is already apart.
My intention is to repair/replace as much as sensible. I plan to:
1) Have the heads machined and exhaust valves replaced and valves adjusted - all by local shop.
2) Replace Timing Belt and related parts using NWOR Timing Set $137
3) Replace knock sensor wire - do I need to replace knock sensor?
4) Replace head bolts NWOR $50
5) Replace gaskets as provided in NWOR Overhaul gasket set $203
6) Replace PCV Valve, thermostat and thermostat gasket
7) Replace all drive belts and radiator hoses
8) Send Fuel injectors out for cleaning and use NWOR Fuel Injector Overhaul Kit - Gaskets $39
Any opinions on this? I appreciate any feedback, as I may be missing something or doing more than needed.
Thanks,
David

I would avoid NWOR like the plague and find another source for your parts.
Some information: https://www.yotatech.com/forums/show...&threadid=9002
There are MANY threads in MANY forums with people who have had similar experiences with NWOR.
Good luck with your project.
Peace.
