#6 cylinder location on 3.4L

#6 cylinder location on 3.4L
Okay, I have pulled the codes after rough running today and have been told (by code P306) that my #6 cylinder is misfiring.
Could someone please tell me which one the "#6" is as I can't seem to find a number anywhere.

This is for the 3.0, I just saw that you needed 3.4 but I would imagine that its the same.
And I own a 22re, lol.
