Thumbs up 4X4 weekender

New to the site, I found out about it from UKMyers when we met at the National 4X4 show.

A good weekend and good company.

When I get to grips with the site format will keep you up to date with mods I intend to make to my SURF 2.4 Diesel.

I spend 3 hours cleaning the clay off today but it was worth it.

Welcome aboard.

Looking forward to seeing some pics of your rig and your intended future mods.

Hey Steve I was wondering if you were going to sign up. Welcome to the board! I am sure you will find some great info. Could you send me a PM with your email address in it. The one I got this weekend didn't work out for me when I tried to send you some stuff. BTW my truck is still dirty. That's today's project

Hey Mark was AIR all it cracked it up to be? I thought the Nemesis was better. Alton Towers is pretty cool place overall though. Hey remember that huge Pink Toyota? I passed it on the Motorway on the A14 just before Huntingdon. I wonder where he lives. I also witnessed one Heck of an accident on the way home. I looked up and saw a van on the opposite side of the motorway swerve and then just start flipping. It must have rolled 10 or 12 times when I couldn't see it anymore. Pretty wild to witness something like that. Hope the person was okay.

AIR was a most excelent ride but it was a pain as we had to wait 55 mins to get on the ride but we did do it twice during the day but unfortunatly as we were queing for nemesis it broke down so did not get to do it (oh well never mind) we also found a theme park called drayton manor that had a couple of cool rides and it had no ques so we managed about a dozen times on each ride.
