hi you all probably had this problem or have it now.. the antenna is stuck... you can hear it trying to wind up n wind down wen the ignition is turned on or off...i bought a new antenna for my 97 4runner, but cant figure out how to take out the old one and replace it with the new one.. i was wondering if anyone knows how to do this, it will really help me out, thanks

yea i did it...extremely easy. just screw off that little silver piece, and just pull out, gota use a little muscle...the chain will come out (its kinda long). then put the new one in, and turn ur radio on/off till the one of the things catches, and you should be good to go.
