3RZ What is this sound?

3RZ What is this sound? *Video
I have put about 1k miles on my motor since i had the head redone and it has made this noise since. It starts at about 3k rpm and gets louder/quieter depending on the amount of throttle i give it (you can hear me doing that in the video). It sounds like a vibration but i have checked everything and cant find it.
The noise is coming from the passengers side of the engine bay. taken with my friends Iphone at about passenger foot level.
