3rd gen full rear axle swap: What should I expect?

Humpty Dumpty
Christian Wistian played with the runner,
A locked rear end he thought would be funner;
But can all the kings horses and all the kinds men,
Put the mess Christian made back together again?

Ha! I take that as a challenge Brian.
For some reason I am dreading the front end much more than the rear. The rear seems easy now. I even bled the brakes myself...
Let the e-locker wiring begin.

No Travis, the Duellers have about 60% tread life left. My Scorpions have more than that. They are nice tires, but a little smaller than mine too.
Thanks for the encouragement guys!

UPDATE, just for you Brian
The 4.30 on its way in...

The 4.30 E-locked axle installed!

Whoops! I stripped out the passenger side hard brake line fitting. So, I have to get a new splitter and hard line tomorrow.

I would have finished, by myself in one weekend - if it wasn't for that friggin fitting.

So from the donor vehicle I am going to need the black box in the drivers footwell marked "4WD Electronic Control" right? From there I may need some wiring help, but I am going to tackle the wiring last. I need to get the White 4Runner back on the road so I can sell it.
Currently I have all the wiring from the locker running up into the cab, under the drivers seat. I am going to have to mount the locker ECU under my drivers seat because my Clifford alarm is in the footwell. It's all the wiring to and from the locker ECU that I am worried about.
Oh well, front diffs first!

I actually thought of that, but the answer is no. Far more work. I could swap axles in 5 hours, a trans swap would take me forever.
Good idea though! Besides, I already have the rear axles swapped and 1/4 of the wiring!
