3Rd gen 4Runner transfer case

I know this has been written about before, but I cannot find it. My '99 SR5 won't shift into 4WD. I off road it nearly every weekend. I have topped off the oil. I put new front and rear output shaft seals in this spring. They still leak. Any suggestions?

If you put new seals in and they still leak, either you did something wrong, damaged them during installation or somehow got the wrong ones.

If it doesn't leak to bad just keep adding to it and consider it rust prevention
