can some one expalin to a newbie the difference between 5.29 and 4.88? which woul dbe the best route to go for my 4cyl with 33 in the near future, with some offorading and when it snows and 4wd is needed? what would be better for a small trailer tow?

4.88 gears means that the driveshaft will rotate 4.88 times for every one time the tires rotate
5.29 gears means that the driveshaft will rotate 5.29 times for every one time the tires rotate

im thinking of 5.29 will that work well with 32 for now? Ill change to 33 later. has anyone heard of gears made by PG? how are they, also timken bearings? One more needed info, what dimater ring do in need?

If PG is referring to Precision Gears, then yes, they are very well respected gears. I believe Precision and Yukon are about the top two gear manufacturers. If I remember correctly, Timken bearings are also very good quality.
