3" Suspension Lift

I am considering getting one put on my tacoma..How will it affect the ride, power, fuel mileage? I am wanting a lil more lift on my truck..As for tire size I have 265/75/16 and I have a lil rub on front driveside.I will stick with that tire size...Pro's and Con's on a lift..Thanks

Putting a lift on should not change your power or gas milage. It will affect your ride though. it all depends on the type and brand of lift you put on.

it will change gas a tiny bit due to more airflow underneath.

Ride quality may even be improved in most cases, although your center of gravity will go up a little. I would stick to a 2" suspension lift and call it a day since you have 32's. That's what I am doing since I have 265/75 tires

I have a 2.5" lift from skyjacker coilovers and soft ride AAL's. I dont know what my rear shocks are as the P.O painted them black. My truck rides great.. i jsut got back from a 800 mile road trip and the truck felt GREAT the whole time.

My sister told me that my truck drives\rides nicer than my dads 99 4runner...and she drives an A4.

i have 31x10.5" BFG A\T's and running 35psi i get 25mpg highway.
