3.4l with 3 misfires

I have a 98 tacoma that had a blown engine. So, I bought one off of ebay and put it in.

Now, I have multiple cylinder misfires (4,5, and 6).

I have changed the spark plugs and plug wires. It has the correct plugs in it.
Compression test comes back good (150 at the lowest).
I don't think its the coils because I have odd number of misfires (bad coil would misfire both cylinders??).
MAF has been cleaned too.

I got my ohm meter after #5 injector and it came back with 14.8.

I am clueless on what to do next. It is running rich and stumbles really bad at idle.

Oh yea, this is my second time posting this. Somebody took over my other post with their problem, plus I added more info.

Your compression is low, mine was ~180-185 and IIRC, 140 is minimum. Did you get any kind of guarantee/warranty with this motor because it sounds like the engine isn't in very good shape.

I was wrong about the compression, the lowest I saw was 150.

Your best clue that it's not the coils is multiple misses on holes not associated with the same coil pack(s). Fuel injectors are not high on my list of possible culprits because the chances of 3 going bad isn't likely IMO and #5 tested out ok. Your compression seems to be within spec so that's good - most likely not a cylinder/ring/HG issue. I think it may be valves or the timing is off.
