3.0 idle adjustment

3.0 idle adjustment
hey, anyone here ever adjust their idle on the 3.0? from what I could see there were two screws to do this... the first and most easy for me to get to would rest on that spring thing so it doesn't seem like it'd work too well just tightening the one..
i don't have the right tools to get to the second one that seems to be metal on metal instead of metal on a plastic type of spring...
anyway I was wondering what type of tools you might have used to do this and if you tightened both or just one?
my truck will sometimes idle as low as 550 rpm's and I'm trying to bump it up to 800... I've already tightened the adjustment on the throttle cable as much as possible so the adjustment on the throttle body is my only option now..

Thanks! I never even noticed that before:pat: just went out there and adjusted it a little bit, noticed if I turn it too much one way or the other something seems to whistle/hiss like there's a vacuum leak or something.. is that normal?
