2nd gen kit?
found this on ebay:

it this an aftermarket kit?.... if somebody knows please advise as to who is manufacturer
pretty nice kit. also noted that the 4runner is a '91 but has 95 stripe and 3rd brake light. owner was into update mods i see. pretty low miles for a 1991.
