i need a day pic to decide, but right now i kinda like em. but i would never put those on my 4Runner i guess its just kinda cool to see something other than big old beefy steel rims! a little variety is good. i must say though, i'd rather see this 4Runner lifted with the blings than see it lowered with the blings!!!!

those look huge!
I like how the powder coating looks! IMO you should have gone with 20's. But if you like it, that's all that matters!

Me too, the subs sound crazy. How deep are the doors?? Seems like it would be hard to fit them.

The Batmobile comment got me thinking, and after clicking on the link I could think of only one thing...

Knight Rider 2004

Put a little sweeping red LED in the hood scoop and it could carry a Saturday night CBS show all the way to fifth place!

Wow! I think it looks good. I'm kind of glad that someone has lifted and gone with 20"+ wheel. I can appreciate new ideas. Definitely not me, as I was hoping to get 16's on my truck when I lifted it but I like it.

A bunch of people don't like the bigger wheels and new styles. Thats a given. But then again at one time the design of the 2nd Gen Runner was considered a catastrophe by many!

As far as the pic, I think you definitely need a daytime shot that is a little further away. I'm having a hard time getting a perpective from that pic, but it does look like Knight Rider 2004!

I for one like the way it looks, gives the runner a good stance, I'm not a fan of big wheels on trucks but I think you pulled it off pretty good. At least they are not all chrome or spinners. I dont know about wheeling with thoes monsters but I say give it a try and see what happens.

later and have a good one
