2006 4Runner Clunk in Rear when I stop.

Have a 2006 SR5 with a V8 and have noticed that when I come to a stop light and am almost stopped, I hear a clunk in the rear, think it is on the driver side. It doesn't do it all the time, but it is audible. When I drive, it shifts well with no issues, and don't hear it at all, only when I am about to come to a dead stop and not every time. I am NOT hard braking, just normal braking. What is causing this? Thanks

Slop in the driveshaft or rear end. A bad bushing in the four link, panhard, shocks, or springs. Spare tire not tight against the carrier.

There are a lot of places that could cause a clink.
