2004 Toyota Tacoma 4wd Double Cab V6

I found some new Toyota leaf springs on E-Bay , part #48220-04130.
The ones on my truck are 48220-04150 .
I have researched all over the net and some web sites say they will fit and some say they won't.
Will they fit and what difference will it make on my truck ???
I want to stay as close to stock as I can.

Well what do the other springs fit?/

If they fit is one thing will they lower or raise your truck.
