2001 TRD Tacoma 4x4? automatic question

Ok so im looking at a 2001 Tacoma double cab and cant tell from these pictures how the 4x4 works or even if it is 4x4. I can see the rr diff lock button so i know it has that but there is no manual shifter... so it is 4x4 or can a 2wd have a rear locker?? owner says its 4x4

It's a 2wd. I've seen more elockers on 2wd than 4wd. Incredibly useful, maybe even more-so than and open/open 4wd. Don't know about pre-runner badging. Maybe he removed it. That's a damn clean truck.

Oh, hey buddy. You're my parts guy LOL In the cases you lift a tire you still have one with solid predicable traction. Also the Centerville dragway :speed:

edit: $4900?!!! DAmn you better not tell me who it is or I'll come get it. Steal of a deal.

edit: If that's on craigslist, you better be reallllllly careful because there's a lot of phishing schemes out there that look legit. Is it a local guy?

Ha ha yeah man I thought that was you!! Ever have any luck finding that limited emblem? I havnt seen any!! Ok yeah I know it sounds to good to be true! But it's a guy an hour from me in little rock and I found his ad in the classifieds in my local paper. Yeah I have had many scammers before and I can usually spot them a mile away.

Nope still needing a gold 4wd emblem. Surely one will show up on eBay. Let me know how this deal works out. Seems too good to be true.

Turned out to be a scam. Guy called me the day we were suppose to meet and said he couldnt meet me but could ship it to me if he had all my info.... You called it vasinvictor! I knew it was a good deal but im just suprised a scammer would pay to have an ad put in the newspaper. I guess it takes all kinds!
