2001 tacoma rough idle and stalls/dies on acceleration

Last Sunday my son started the truck and it was rough idle and would sputter and backfire when I would manually actuate the throttle body. On Tuesday I replaced all 4 coil packs and plugs. The backfire quit, but it still would fall on it's face when adding any amount of fuel. A mechanic friend suggested I replace the throttle position sensor, which I just completed and the symptoms are basically the same. It will rough idle for 30 ish seconds and then goes into high idle around 1300 rpms. It never kicks down to normal idle and any throttle input will make it surge in rpms slightly before sputtering and dieing. I also have the following codes: p0110, p1300, and p0450. On the mass airflow sensor, someone before me has replaced the harness side plug connector. I verified all the pins go to the correct wire color and for good measure redid all the splices. There is also been some weird wiring mods done to the Grey wire on the maf and also the yellow wire on the tps. A new cable was spliced in, bypassing the factory harness wires for the Grey wire on maf and the yellow wire on tps, the new wire appear to go back to the ecm. Prior to last Saturday the truck ran great. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
