I also found another way to disable VSC and Trac. Put some LED bulbs in your PRNDL cluster. The different resistance from the bulbs threw a C1207 (P/R Range switch malfunction) which disables the VSC and Trac.
Maybe it just happened to do it with my truck, with the specific bulbs I used. But I was actually pleased...I don't have to mess with the Andy mod now. I don't want VSC or Trac every anyway. Now they are gone....I just pulled the bulbs so I don't have to see them lit up all the time.
