2001 4runner Issue

So I had a check engine light pop because of my traction control. It pops every once in a while when I hit a bump. I wanted to reset the light because I was doing a 5 hour drive so I disco'd my battery and then reconnected it to clear the CEL. About 30 minutes into the drive I realized that my turn signals and horn did not work. I noticed because the turn signal indicators on the dash did not work. Both front and back bulbs are inop. I also noticed my front right turn signal is burnt out. I'm going to get a new bulb for the front right but that wouldnt be causing the all the other ones not to work right? I'm guessing its a fuse. Do any of you have a fuse diagram for a 2001 4runner v6 2wd.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Turn singnals and horn,Hmm almost sounds like something is going on in the steering column electrically.Pull the covers(3screws) and have a look, its worth a chance...Possibly a loose connector, hence you hitting bumps and things not working.

I am not sure about the trac, unless there is a steering wheel angle sensor in the steering column as well.

the fuse would be in the box that is next to your left knee, theres a diagram on the back of the cover
