2001+ 3RZ exhaust manifold in a 4runner?

2001+ 3RZ exhaust manifold in a 4runner?
Learned that the later "mini-header" style exhaust manifolds that came on 3RZ engines after about mid-2000 offer most of the benefits of an aftermarket header for much less $$. But the 3RZ was discontinued in the 4runner that year so the improvement never appeared in 3RZ-equipped 4runners.
3RZ Taco owners are just bolting on the newer style, as pictured below. I'm curious if any owners of 3RZ 4runners have ever tried this. How did it go- any fitment issues? I'm also open to suggestions on improving the rest of the exhaust while still keeping it pretty quiet...

Hey riverrat-
These are a direct replacement for the earlier style cast manifolds
They came on all 2000 California 3rz's and 2001-2004 3rz's both Cali and Fed,
They are not available New in from aftermarket companies.
Plus, these never crack!
