2000 4Runner MultiMode Transfer Case Fluid

2000 4Runner MultiMode Transfer Case Fluid
I have a 2000 Limited 4Runner with the MultiMode transfer case that needs the fluid changed. I cannot remember if the MultiMode case with the AWD needs special fluid or if standard 75w-90 gear oil is appropriate? Also, can I run synthetic or will that mess up the center diff?
