242,000 on my 90" limited 3.0 just replace timing belt water pump all that jazz. Also did trans solenoids in the transmission / shifts lots smooth it was easy. Runs better than ever.
92 2wd pickup 22re 430,000 , 90 4runner 22re 344,000 , 99 4runner 3.4 v6 214,000 .. just bought an 04 4runner 4x v8 with 312,000 extra clean hard to believe it has 100k let alone 300.
New to the forum but I have 96' limited 4wd with 380k miles does any one have any suggestions of what other to do replacement wise/tune up!?
P.S I've already done:
The usual tune up valve cover gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, pcv valve an grommet, of course have been changing oil every 3k.
Transmission flush(need to do)???
Power steering??
I've also replaced rotors an pads but my brakes are acting up ( pedal goas almost to floor then finally grabs but very hard to stop at random times)
Thanks for reading if you did lol
Hello, noticed this thread right after I signed up today :-) I'm original owner of a 1996 SR5 at 205k with several modest mods: Upgraded radiator, 5th gen 17" factory rims with Tundra front caliper/rotor. Almost forgot to mention the TJM front steel bumpers. Posted on another thread inquiring for information what are the general sizes for various vacuum hoses. Looking to replace the old, dried up rubber hoses this spring. Thanks!
328 k so far and still get asked at Jiffy-Lube if it is accurate and if I really go 5 thousand between oil changes .... Yep, or I would be there every other week
