2" bodylift in
I put my 2" Mr. R Brown bodylift in today on my 2nd gen surf and all went as it probably should. I had the bottom end of the steering linkage loose b4 I did anything. I did notice though that the steering shaft needed opening at the top end and not the bottom and it extended as soon as I had done this ... then things got tight again and when I loosened the top even more and reloosened the bottom end again it extended too. Even after all was lowered back down as it should the rag joint bushing still looks a bit too wavey for my liking. Otherwise all is rosey in the garden

This is before I did it, I took the pic in front of the cabin specially coz its good for before and after pics...
and this is all I can show you (unless you want grizly detail) of what happened yesterday
(and Delboy try some iron in you next time you try to tighten your crank pulley on)
