I googled for 2" altimeter, and found a place called The Altimeter Store.
Probably find something you can make work...

Some of the upper-level Wayfinder digital compasses include an altimeter feature...
If you want a panel-mount altimeter, you need to check aviation instrumentation. They use a square 2.25" mounting format, but you may be able to remove the (round) gauge and install it using 52mm (2 1/16") automotive mounting apparatus.
