1st spark plug change, questions??

1st spark plug change, questions??
So my 02 4runner (3.4L) hit 60K miles and thought I'd change the spark plugs. Went to remove them and WTF
.... the passenger side had NGK plugs (BKR5EKB) while the driver side has Denso plugs (K16TR11)! I had already purchased 6 Denso and put them in, started up fine. Haven't drove the car yet because I wanted to ask some questions.
1. This is the first time I changed the plugs and the car was purchased new (34 miles when purchased) why are the plugs different?
2. Will the 6 Denso in there now be fine? Do I need to replace the passenger side with NGK?
3. The passenger side has the coil directly to the plugs, does this side run hotter? Hence the NGKs. I'm assuming they are colder plugs.
P.S. When all the plugs were removed the Denso showed more wear, is this typical? Also this is actually the wife's car, typical run around town car except when I use it to pull my jetski and dirt bike.

It's normal, most of them come like that from the factory.
2. Will the 6 Denso in there now be fine? Do I need to replace the passenger side with NGK?
Yes, they will be perfectly fine with 6 Densos or 6 NGKs.

Not sure that issue has ever really been cleared up, too many theories, too few answers.

Experiences vary but it really doesn't matter that much, the Densos will be fine.

Found the same setup on my 02 4Runner and a 95 Tacoma I had, so it dates back to the introduction of the 5VZ-FE. If I remember correctly, it's something to do with lowering production costs. Like maybe it's cheaper to get NGK's to wherever they assemble the right head and Denso's to the place they do the left head.
