1st Gen Brake Caliper Help...

.....So I compressed the pistons in the caliper on one side than started on the other side so I could install my new brake pads up front. When I compressed the other side I noticed one of the pistons on the first side I did popped back out.....now it's stuck....Really Stuck.
Now I know why my brakes would pull to the drivers side when I hit them kind of hard. Should I even bother trying to fix it or just buy a new loaded caliper for about $50?

i say new caliper... its odd that the otehr one went all the way out... normally when compressing them, you open up the bleeder.. well you are suposed to but no one ever does... but the pressure just nromally goes up and spits fluid out of the master and into a puddle on the floor, not push the otehr caliper back out....
