Hey, wait a minute, you said your mom's 4runner is a lease vehicle?
You'd better check the lease agreement before you put NON-OEM parts on it. If you turn it in with an aftermarket bumper and they see it, you will be charged for the replacement to an OEM bumper plus any depreciation that may be in order since the vehicle was obviously involved in a wreck if the bumper was replaced.
If you want to save yourself a ton of headaches down the road, replace it with a used TOYOTA bumper.
