A couple of times I have been driving and try to come to a stop and the brakes make a loud clicking noise and feel like they are trying to grasp on to something (I do come to a stop). At first I thought that it was ABS, but none of the vehicles that I have owned in the past have done this, not to mention that everyone that has driven the Runner comment on how "weird" the brakes feel. I guess my question is, has anyone experienced this? I bought it used from a dealer and new brakes were installed.
