1998 4runner v6

I had a TPS check engine light and I replaced the sensor. After I changed out the sensor, my on the 4runner stays at 1800rpm. Do anyone know what will cause it to be this high? Please advise....

Try resetting the ECU by pulling the battery cable overnight and see what it does in the morning.

I did that. Still have the high rpm at idle. Is there a way for me to adjust the IAC?

Can't adjust the idle, most likely you have a vacuum leak someplace.
