If you have both trucks in the same place and are friends, get together some weekend and park the trucks side by side. Then remove the parts from one and put them on the other at the same time. This will ensure all the correct parts get where they need to be. Plus things are more fun with friends.

If your truck has the FMU(fuel pressure regulator adapter thing) installed, dont put it on your buddies truck, throw it in the trash. Make sure you use the correct throttle body gaskets for each. The paper one for the charger isn't reuseable. Don't forget about the little one-way valve that goes to the throttle body-it needs to stay on the truck with the charger. Not a bad idea to do an oil change on the charger while its removed.

The only gasket different from stock is the throttle body gasket. S/C uses a paper gasket with a big round hole and stock uses a metal gasket with a D-shaped hole in it. The intake gaskets are metal and can be cleaned and reused if they are in good shape. If you need to do valve cover gaskets or knock sensors, now would be the time to do those as well. You may have to change various hoses for the breather and such. And there were different throttle cable brackets for the s/c depending on what your truck uses
