17's or 18's with 33 in

I would like to put these on my 4RNR http://www.procomptires.com/series7089.htm
Any body running 17 or 18's that would know what backspacing and offset would work?

That one is a common size that many run. Not sure about 17/18's though.

Based on those wheels, 4.5" BS or less is what you want...for a street queen or a trail rig.

The lower the better.

What about the offset of the wheels + or - does that make a difference with the backspacing requirements?

how much lift do you have? What is the exact size you are looking for? 17x8? 17x9??
