Im wondering if 15 inch wheels will fit on my 1998 4wd 4runner. The truck is all stock. Will I have clearance problems? Thanks for any info!!!!

Oh, by clearance problems, I mean with brakes and such. Just to clear it up.

There is no simple answer to this question unless you have a specific wheel in mind. You could show us a 15" wheel that has 3.5" backspace that would probably work. If you showed us some weird 15" wheel with -4" backspacing that would not work. Make sure you get a wheel and tire set that will not rub suspension components and fenders.

Happy Hunting!

No they will not fit. But some people have done some grinding to make them fit. I would say stick with the 16s.

may fit, depends on your brake package, but you most likely have the big ole breaks....

if you want 15" wheels, call eaton, they make 15" wheels specifically to clear brakes. I guarantee they will fit. I had 15" wheels on my '81 3/4ton chevy using stock brakes, if they can make that work, the 4runner will be a non-issue.
