I have been the proud owner of a 03 SR5 for 4 days now and this morning I looked underneath and saw something odd. If look underneather from the passengers side below the rear side door and look towards the front I saw a black triangle shape block attached to the passenger side of the transfer case. What is that??? It does not appear to do anything and it actually looks like the dealership forgot to remove something during the detailing. I saw on the front (facing the engine) there is a large black box attached to the transfer case and that I believe is the electronic shifter. If need be I could post a pic tomorrow.
