'03 Mileage

I was just wondering what other '03 owners have as far as mileage and how long they have had their ride for....I have had mine 6 months and already have 10,300 miles...that is too high for my taste, but what can ya do

I purchased mine 6 month ago to this day. I have 4800 miles on it. Time for another oil change.

I am puttin way too many miles on it, but I have used it for a trip to NC already which was big...but i mean every day i drive about 40 miles round trip just to work, then there is drivin around town...i just feel that is way too many miles for a 6 month old car

Live4swell, You think you've got too many miles.

Two months I have had my new Runner and have just went over the 6000 mile mark! My other truck FJ is having some work done on it (rear quarters) so I drive the Runner daily.
I usually log more than 110 miles per day. I change my oil every 25-30 days!

I'm a little over 6700 miles, had the truck since March 11th. Don't sweat the high mileage, we're driving Toyotas...if it were a Chevy or Ford then I'd be worried!

Mine is ~2 months old and has ~3K miles.

My latest calculations showed 19.23 MPG in mixed mode, with A/C generally on and valves rattling. I suppose if motor ran smoother it would go up to 20+. Still not bad at all.

well I've had it about a month, and have about 350 miles

You have to understand that I also have a 96 t-bird with only 33000 miles, I hardly drive any of my cars

Aug 10 the truck is 7 months old and I have 6700miles on it, would have been a 1000 less but I put that on in the last week or so.

I thought their was a 4th Gen guy who was way over 15k

I have 8200 miles on mine and purchased my 4Runner in mid May. Way too much for me, but for some reason, this has been the year for road trips. When I get home on Friday from Ohio, will make that a little ove 9000 miles. Yikes!! But the milage has been pretty good. I am averaging 18/19, but mostly all highway. Better than my 98 4Runner.

Took delivery two days before Thanksgiving day, 2002.

Odo now reads 15,864. Calculated mpg has averaged 16.4 (includes 4500 miles of towing).

Way above average

I got mine new on Sept. 4, 2000. I now have 111,500 according to my odometer. I calculated my actual mileage yesterday and came up with ~132,500. The difference being at 29,400 I bought 31s to replace the stock 27s; at 96,800 I replaced the 31s with 33s and I still have stock gearing. Now my odometer/speedometer reads ~15% off. If I didn't drive at all between now and Sept. 4 this year, I would average 44,166 miles per year!

I feel an engine swap coming on!
