Wife's 01 Highlander is showing the following codes:

P0161:Heated Oxygen Sensor Circuit - Bank 2 Sensor 2
P0420:Catalyst System Efficienty below threshold
P0430:Catalyst System Efficienty below threshold Bank 2
P0440:EVAP Control System
P0441:EVAP Control System Improper Purge flow
P0446:EVAP Control System Vent Control

Since I have yet to locate an over the counter manual (Not ready to shell out the $$ for a Genuine Toyota technical manual) I am at a loss as to the specifics of these codes.

Is 161 one of the oxygen sensors?
Are 420 and 430 referring to the Catalytic Converter itself?

Any assistance on debugging is greatly appreciated.
