Changed all my vacuum hose's to silicone with a kit from LC. Made the idle a little smoother. Also changed the nylon shifter bushing and the shifter seat. It made a very big difference and would highly recommend it. My shifter seat was completely gone, just little chunks of rubber. The nylon bushing was also worn away to just a sliver of nylon.

Swapped out the front diff, went from 4.10 to 4.30. Also put a extended diff breather on it. Have a matching 4.30 E-locker that is going in the rear. Hopefully I will have time to install it next weekend.

Everyone has seen what an e-locker swap looks like. Drop axle, cut for gears, drill and tap some holes, etc. Got the axle dropped, Trail Gear stud eliminator kit installed, new beaings and seals. My brakes are wasted and since I already have the 1"bore FJ80 master and larger v6 brakes I am swapping the rear to 1" bore FJ60 wheel cylinders. Hopefully finish up the harness today and have it all done mid-week.

Switch in the dash, used the light in the switch as my indicator because red LED's look like a tacky dealer installed alarmed.

Got my DOM rock sliders with kickout from 4x, got them during the black Friday sale. They appear to be very well made. I would of made them, but sometimes it's just easier to order stuff. Also got some FX-R 3.0's from TRS. And also picked up an E-locker motor guard, bud-built crossmember, and an OME steering stabilizer from LROR. So the truck will be getting some new stuff put on it soon.

TRS goods, the shrouds are on back order tho, so I have to wait a little longer.

Installed the Old Man Emu steering stabilizer. It made the steering feel more firm and helped with bump steer over potholes and such.

Installed the LROR E-Locker Motor Guard, had to elongate one of the two holes on the bottom just a hair.

Ya, it's amazing the amount of work that can be done when you are single again.

Got the Bud-Built Crossmember installed. I was going to powder coat it, but lately powder coat has been letting me down. It's not what it used to be. I just went ahead and painted it with Rust-Shield by SEM 28104 and also used the hardener SEM 38008 for a little extra durability.

Sliders will be installed next, just knocking out the easy stuff first.

Slider install has been put on the back burner. Have been to distracted with other projects. Got some work done on the FX-R retrofit.
Hole cut out for projector to install from the back, not drop in from the front.

Projector fitted to make sure they are set back far enough to fit behind the lexan lenses I have made.
thebeeler 1994 Pickup Build-Up Thread-odevirxl.jpg
Shrouds prepped for paint and cut to fit inside light housing.

Mixed up some straight black off my Matrix Systems mix table. Sprayed the base and clear with 2 different Sata MiniJets both with 1.0SR nozzle sets.
thebeeler 1994 Pickup Build-Up Thread-smiadf8l.jpg
Sprayed them black, then I just couldn't help myself and put some Xirallic Pearl in a color blender, then cleared them with Matrix Systems MS-42 Premium High Solids Clear Coat. At night they will look black.

Now I have to put them all back together and on the truck.

Finally got the lights installed, work has been keeping me very busy.
Need to change the white seal out for a black one, the white stands out way to much. Also switched back to the proper 4wd grille.

Looks great man. It needs those blue led lights though. You could be one of those a$$holes then if you put them on. These lights aren't so bad.
