As you know I got it,,,,.... Thanks. Pulled at 7 lbs. Right at the lower end of the specs, (7-13lbs) So out come the .003. That leaves the .040 all around. i'd prefer a stiff pull.
Again thanks for the loaner puller.

I was able to take out the .003 shims all around, and I pulled 11 lbs, that will work.Name: IMG_1766_2_zpsf40deebb.jpg

I then buttoned the knuckle s up in the back, was a pain.

Make sure everything is tight to the right specs and is sealing corrrectly, as a stated my driver knuckle just oozes grease from the inside where the wiper and felt are

In the scheme of things I did not go forward much but i did get a little done. So for the pic hounds here goes.

I wondered if the split in the inboard steel gasket should be top or bottom?

The dang bolts going in the rear of the knuckle did not like to go in due to the depth of the socket, I put a rubber washer in there. Was able to muscle m in.

I must build up the the worn area. I think a copper tube insert then weld around it? We will see.

Undecided. It would take a bit of work to separate and make sure all the parts are there via the original instal manual. ( Rancho 3 inch lift). Was installed in 1992 or so. Make me an offer.

Could potentially be interested in the diff and spindles. I'd have to call Toy Connection and see how much they charge before I could make an offer. I know Spindles are 20 bucks each with them, but I never inquired about a diff.

Perhaps, first I'd need an excuse to head up your way, but if I have a reason to go to Sac or something.

Yea, Napa is just a few hours. I just try to piggyback parts runs with other things when I can. I'll have to think about it. What ratio is the diff?
