Jerry, he also needs to know the chock size. 1/2" or 3/8" etc etc.
Brian, hopefully you didn't forget to start spraying those nuts and stuff. here is the list that I want you to hit:
Rear Leaf shackle, hanger bolts and ubolts.
CV shaft bolts
top and bottom Shock bolts up front.
If you can get to them also hit the ball joint bolts.
Steering adjustment sleeve bolts and related tie rod threads in order for it to be easier to do the alignment.
Torsion Bar adjuster bolts. Hit these really really really good.

backgate said it. the diff drop and if you need one is directly related to how much lift you get out of the bj spacers. Crank a lot and you might need it but crank a little and let the suspension stay soft you should be fine. I only cranked like an extra 1.5" outta mine and after pounding the pinch weld flat my 33's worked well with minor rub issues when flexing. After the 1" body lift no issues at all so far.

A bit of advice for you guys if you plan on alignment in the drive way. Eyeball it first then go at it with the measurements. At least that's always helped me get get it close before i take it to the shop.

I think you might have some trouble with those grinding disk only because of the thickness. Those are a 1/4" (.250") wide, and are for actual grinding. I used .045" wide cut-off wheels. The thicker they are the more material they will have to remove & the longer it will take to cut & hotter it will get. You can pick some cut off wheels at Lowes for cheap, just be sure they are 4-1/2" with a 7/8" hole to fit the grinder.

the only thing that worries me about this project is the BJ spacers. still not 100% sure of how and where to cut. As long as I don't cut off a finger I will be fine. gonna have to get some kevlar gloves from work.

seen plenty of fingers still inside their gloves. seen plenty of broken grinding disc injuries too. also have seen what happens when loose clothing gets caught in moving stuff.
we will be careful.
i have a full face shield and ear protection ....i remember how deaf i was after i would use the grinder.
