Sas
Well finally got her SAS'd! Couldn't have done it without slg4runner1988BNB who did all the welding and guided me through this project. Thanks man.
Onto the truck! Picked up a Dana 44 front and 12 bolt rear for 150$ complete. Got all my hangers/shackles/brake lines from Sky's offroad(great company) as well as the crossover steering. It's on 3" All-Pro front springs and f-150 57" rears. Ended up putting a 1-ton master cylinder in to compensate for the big GM brake calipers. It was on 31's and now is on 35's. Up next is a 5 speed swap, and maybe going to bob it as well as the top,and eventually lose the 12 bolt for a 14 bolt.
Cutting ifs off
Getting axle ready

Thanks man! The pictures of her flexing were when I just got done and it still had 31's on which is why it looks so droopy. Brake lines were getting a little stretched but not too worried. As for shock mount I just ordered some trail gear ones for front and rear. Rear is going to be triangulated with 10's in the rear and 12's in front! Should do great on the trails once I get a driveline made haha!

That's a bummer! Looks pretty clean! I haven't seen it for sale but hopefully he gets a lot from it ! Or you buy it back lol. Sometimes I miss the 85 but runners are pretty cool. Besides the back window haha

Finally got a driveline! But of course another problem. The bolt holes on the tcase were off compared to the driveline. So cheap me got a rotary bit and brought the holes to where they needed to be!

I had 2nd gen rear seats in my 86' 4runner. It already had them in it when I bought it. The driverside and passenger side seat bottoms were switched around and oddly they bolted right up that way, but it leaves a V shape in between the bottom cushions. I ended up modifying the brackets so I could swap the bottom cushions back to the correct sides and so they would bolt up in the stock mounting holes. I won't clutter up you thread with pics, but here's a link if you want to check it out.It starts on post # 395

That's a way better idea than I had lol! That saves me s lot of time ,thank you man! And you're good lol,I have a quick question about the other half. Where your mounting legs modified? Mine seem to bolt up,but the raised part makes it to where the width of the back seat is too long

Finally got time from school to write a post!
Got the seats out in, thanks to RustEd's advice! Still need to install the strykers for the backrest and then relocate the bottom seat locks. They're comfy and look great ! Also, picked up a w56 and tomorrow I'll be grabbing two top shift tcases for the dual case setup! 5 speed swap should happen in a couple weeks! I'll update with pics as I acquire parts! Any advice on the swap is appreciated!!!

Rear shocks are on( ran out of grinding discs for the front haha) it rides a LOT better
Also started tearing apart t cases for duals. I'd like to hear opinions on who's running what brand of adapter? I don't want to break the bank on the duals so I'm sticking with stock gear ratio, but would like a sturdy adapter.marlin is what i ideally would get,but they're out of stock! Is trail gear good? Any recommendations and advice are welcomed!
