maybe a little more info on your truck would help. like lift, shocks, what kind, is it stock, where you driving dirt road or trail, fast or slow.

My truck is stock. I find it rides a little better with pretty low pressure in the tires. Maybe 30 in the front and 25 in the rear? I put in some new seats and that seems to help some too. It is not a car like ride though.

first welcome to the site if you have yet to be welcomed. next, search. there are plenty of options out there for you but lets be honest your driving a truck, an old one at that. It's never going to ride like a caddy. Unless you have some serious money to burn. Look into torsion bars and how to loosen them to gain a softer ride and look into new shocks and what kind. This site can be a plethora of info for you you just need to look for the info.

If you have the money to buy a caddy. Buy some air ride seats. Would be the ultimate comfort.

How are your rear springs? Are they flat or do they still retain an arch?

That bench seat probably one of your biggest problem. Go to the 4 runner buckets, they are much more comfortable and you should be able to find a decent pair at your local junk yard for cheap. GO GO U Pull it!!
