Hey guys,

Long time lurker, first time poster.

Here is my story. In 1994 my family got in a terrible rollover accident on the way to California. The van we had was totaled. I was only about 5 at the time. My dad bought a 1994 4Runner SR5 with the money from the insurance. That 4Runner is the one that will be featured in this build.

In 2006 my dad bought a new car and the 4Runner because the "kids car". I had many good times in the desert of El Paso Texas with her. In 2007 I went away to college in Utah and had more fun times with her. In 2009 she went back to Texas and survived my two brothers and my sister.

I recently sold my Volkswagen GTI, traded in my wife's car, and bought her a new car. I begged my dad to let me have the old 4Runner back. He gave it to me because he knows I want to keep it in the family.

Its time for the transformation to begin.
