Hey y'all. New to the site. Been lurkin around for awhile lookin at posts that come up on the search engine. After a few years I finally got a project truck. Going to be used as a light crawler off road rig and most likely DD.

Little about the truck (purchased this way):
89 pickup
Refurb 22re with 100 miles
Front axle is a dana 44
Rear axle is out of a Tacoma.

Front driveline hadn't been built yet so I don't even have that. Rear axle is significantly shorter than the d44. I'm fairly new to the off road world. I know something by just googling random non sense. Have lots of questions and look forward to building this thing up.
There are some things that need to be done. Starting with death wobble

My first question is keep the d44 and replace the rear axle. 14 bolt?? Or replace the front with a toy axle?
