Hi, my name is Mike. About 6 months ago I got bitten buy the bug that I wanted a truck. So I looked around and could not find anything in the price range I gave myself that side buy me. One day at work one of the guys was talking and said he was thinking about selling is truck. Conversation when how much he gave me a price and I said let me think about it. I talked to the wife and she if you want it buy it but offer 1200 instead so I did he ask for the weekend to think about it sure not problem. So Monday he said come get it. That is how I ended up with my 93 DLX with just over 325,000 miles on it. I was going to make it into a mud toy but after driving it I remember hanging out with my friends in older toy's and donot want to trash this little truck out so I am going to bring it back to nice shape. An drive it for a million more miles.

 

After 1 month of driving it every where I need to go my back has begun to hurt me more and more. I figure the bench seat has been formed to a 6'2" person over the last 13 years the last owner had it. So I have decide the first project is going to be redoing the inside. Bucket seats, center console and dyno mat the insdie then new carpet retint the windows. I will post pics later as I begin to work on it

 

Looking for ward to pics. Congrat on getting a Toy. Glad to hear you are bring it back to life. If you are going with Dyno mat,another alternative might be Peel and Seal. I got it in my build thread if you want to look into it.
